1. About Model Service Society (MSS)

Model Service Society (MSS) is a non-profit organization registered under the Community Development Authority (CDA), Government of Dubai. MSS is committed to social welfare, community development, and empowerment initiatives, operating in full compliance with UAE laws and CDA regulations.

MSS conducts Welfare and Empowerment Programs with a focus on students, women, blue-collar workers, and professionals. Our programs include Health & Wellness, Food & Care, Labour & Worker Welfare, Youth Students & Education Support, Woman Empowerment & Inclusion, and Career Guidance & Job Placement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MSS Integrated Social Service Management System (ISSMS) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

3. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of MSS and use this platform, you must:

• Hold a valid UAE residence visa
• Possess a valid Emirates ID
• Agree to comply with MSS policies, CDA volunteering frameworks, and UAE laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Membership Types and Fees

MSS offers various membership categories including:

• MSS Happiness Volunteer: Entry-level volunteering membership
• Executive Member: Full membership with governance participation rights
• Other categories: As defined by MSS from time to time

All membership fees are non-refundable and are utilized solely to support MSS programs and operations. Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Follow UAE laws, CDA regulations, and MSS guidelines
• Maintain modest attire and respectful behavior during all MSS activities
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with all members and beneficiaries
• Participate responsibly in assigned activities
• Not misuse MSS name, logo, or resources
• Not collect funds without proper authorization
• Not engage in any activity that may harm MSS reputation

6. Platform Usage

The ISSMS platform is provided for managing MSS membership, volunteering activities, events, and related services. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended purposes
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately
• Not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Model Service Society or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from MSS.

8. Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Action

MSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior
• Non-compliance with MSS policies or UAE laws
• Actions conflicting with MSS values or mission
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any activity that brings disrepute to MSS

9. Limitation of Liability

MSS and its officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in MSS activities. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, income, or other intangible losses.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be referred to the MSS Board of Directors. The Board's decision shall be final and binding. This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to Terms

MSS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
